Best KPortal Reviews

Excellent customer service, I could not fault our waitress she did a great job. Nice to see this venue open again after so long closed. Nice decor and a good vibe to the place. Meat and cheese on a sharing board is something different, it is a little pricey. Good selection of wines, bears and spirits. You will need to book as this place gets busy. Overall had a lovely evening out and would consider returning
Review update...... doors are open and the same ambiance of the alpine wine bar is in full flow. Great to see the place full of happy wine lovers and charcuterie. Great selection of wines and friendly staff. Can't resit swinging by after shopping in Eastleigh.

About time! If you are 40+ and want to go out after 8, come here. Eastleigh has arrived!!!!
Great place, fantastic wine and beer selection. Cold meat and cheese platter was lovely, but a wider hot food selection would see me go more often.
Thank you for the warm welcome. A great selection of drinks, which exceeded expectations. But the reason we visited was the cheese and meats, and they tasted as good as they looked!
Great sharing platters that are well priced. There are a choice of three different sized platters depending on your group of people. Friendly staff and great atmosphere with live music later in the evening.
Back recently and festive season is up and running.
Great to have a smart wine bar in Eastleigh. Good selection of wines and accompanying food. Thumbs up.
Platters are nice. Not substantial but very pleasant. Only down side is how long you wait for food. Almost an hour but when it arrived was very nice and very social as you buy a platter and share normally.
We went as a group of 6 for the quiz night in January (and Feb), and had a really good time. They had forgotten our booking but soon put together a table. A good selection of wines, at good prices. They had a lot of staff so service was very good (not so many in February so not as good). My wife and I shared one of the platters, which was very nice, but we think was a bit small. My wife said so in her review, and was sent a very nasty email by the owner, saying we never had food, and basically accusing her of lying. She also said we are not welcome back!! Not a great way of dealing with customers, you need to be able to take the criticism and learn from it. So even though it was a fun couple of evenings, we will not be going back.
