The Cake Lounge made me a personalised cake for my sister-in-law's Zoom baby shower and it really just made the whole event. It was beautifully done and they even delivered it to them on the day so there was a surprise for the mum to be! She also said it was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much team for putting time and effort in. Would 100% reccomend!

Wow, wow, wow! these cakes are absolutely delicious. We tried two different Brownies and two different Tray bakes and they were absolutely scrumptious. A wonderful addition to the Southside, this is a 'must visit' cake shop, which sells a variety of beautifully made and hand decorated cakes, baked on the premises. Celebration cakes, Cheesecakes etc coffee and Teas, Ice creams etc.
This lovely family business ensures everyone gets the same warm, friendly welcome.

Didn’t live to expectations. Ordered a cake which was the same price as any good and professional bakers, but the cake was nothing like it. Taste-wise: very very very sweet, you can’t even finish one slice, it just feels like you’re literally eating sugar. Didn’t look appealing. Very disappointed. I really didn’t want to give a bad review but when you buy something expensive you expect quality as well. I’m sorry but I hope we see improvements in future.
If I could I would give zero stars. This cake was paid for by the money kids raised working long hours. The cake was horrible, hard with no icing. The delivery was very late and overall disappointing. What a shame and waste of money. For the hours of consultation, the back and forth and I even went in to make sure my preferences were explicit. Yet, what we received was a juvenile attempt at baking. I will never go there again. What a low way of making a fast buck. Save your money and find a professional.
I got a vanilla cupcake here last Saturday, and the topping was delicious! The lady who worked here, who I presume owns the place, was also very lovely and helpful. I will be back to try the cheesecake!
The Cake Lounge folk made me some tasty and fantastically designed dinosaur-themed cupcakes at short notice.
They can run with your design idea, I suggest giving them a fairly high level design brief.
Absolutely disappointed with the cake it was a mess. It was lop-sided. When the cake was pick up it looked okay as it was in the box all sealed. When got home opened the cake it was bottom bit was lop-sided i messaged them and cakelounge lady told me that it was my fault cause of my driving, i told as i could see the cake wasnt layered right and it was of balance. It was shocking as it was for my hubby birthday. Absolutely joke. When realised the bottom of the cake was all burnt. They started to blank my messages. I was upset with this as it was not cheap cake.
