Fair priced beer for nowadays. Good service from friendly staff. They really care about their clientele but the icing on the cake is the 50s 60s music continually playing which makes for a great atmosphere.
It's gone bust after all the Ann Summers Parties and tacky daily events. I would urge you to go 200 yards up the road to the Acorn which is always open as a pub with good priced food.
Nice pub with lovely staff and good beer.
Just some "friendly" local who came and stood at the end of the bar next to where we were sat and shoved his arse in our face. Thank you very much at 3pm Sunday 26th March 2023
Fantastic place with exceptional staff who are welcoming and friendly, also the beers are top notch and brilliantly poured (especially the farmers blonde)

Christmas Day lunch with family group was excellent. The welcome and atmosphere were great and table settings were lovely. The food was superb home cooked and piping hot. All served with a smile. Was wonderful. Well done Laura and team!! We will be back. Thanks
So I don’t really leave reviews if I don’t have to but this is just shocking. Although it states on media that they show football and do food, no football available and no food available. Felt like I was in someone’s front room!! No atmosphere what so ever. Why? Why do you do this? Absolutely ridiculous place and never coming back. just poor so so poor
It was a lovely environment, staff are friendly and although it was busy they tried so hard to meet everybody's needs. The pub is clean and well kept they had loads on for the kids, bouncy castle, face painting and Easter bunny!! They had karaoke on and a good choice of food. The womens toilets are so lovely too smell really nice are clean and they had different soaps lotions and spray as well as other things. Overall Brill!! We will be going back soon
