This place is incredible. Reminds me of the ones in New York. The bagels are stuffed with high quality ingredients and really filling. Not too expensive either. Would definitely recommend.
Just visited here for lunch today - 1st May 2024. I’m still quite shocked at the experience. Customer service absolutely terrible! I ordered a chicken schnitzel which was not fully cooked when I brought this to the attention of the waitress she just shrugged me off. I would have probably not even written this review if she then didn’t proceed to accuse me of not paying and embarrassing me in a shop full of customers even though she took my payment herself. I am a regular around Brentwood and have not experienced this anywhere else, I will never go back to this place and don’t really recommend anyone else to. The food isn’t great and the customer service is even worse.
Whoever the management are in the establishment- you need to train your staff and hear my proof of purchase since you doubt so highly that I paid?!
I tried this place, first things first, I entered and one of the ladies was sitting down on her phone and greeted me. I asked for a plain bagel with just cream cheese smoked salmon and some black pepper, I noticed she buttered my bagel but didn’t ask me if I wanted butter, i then told her if it’s okay not to have any butter on my bagel as i don’t like it, she then said “well I’ve already started making it but whatever” then she told her colleague while I was standing in front of her waiting for my food, “what a waste of bread” . She tried to make up for it buy asking me about my day but I could tell that she noticed how annoyed I was at her customer service and the comments she made, food tasted lovely but I won’t go there again as I didn’t like the was I was treated, very unprofessional.
Lovely cafe tucked off the high street. I had a wonderful cappuccino - frothy and strong - and a glass of the Blush Pinot Grigio. Will be taking home the NY Lox and Rachel bagels

I’ve just discovered this little wonder. The most tasty bagels I’ve ever laid my hands on and I come back almost every morning for more since trying them! Very friendly and lovely staff who are very helpful and attentive. My new favourite spot ????????
Just had their onion bagel. It was amazing. Staff are super friendly and it’s a lovely place to sit - highly recommend.
Ordered the big daddy which was very tasty and a serious breakfast. I treat myself as it was my birthday. It was very fresh and very delicious only downside was egg was stuck to paper .
