A small group of us, with dogs, enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch. Our group had gluten free requirements, and also vegan and gluten free needs. This was all dealt with in a very professional manner. The dogs were all given treats and fuss. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating, and the food was fabulous!
The first time in a long time I've gone to a pub and felt like I got what I paid for! Great food, big portions, good vegan options, good service, great with dogs. A proper good pub! I'll be recommending to all our customers who visit Cropredy!
After being recommended several times we finally went to the Brasenose for Sunday Lunch today. Found out what we had been missing. The best Sunday lunch we have ever eaten. So much extremely tender meat, roast potatoes , Yorkshire pudding and other accompaniments.Fabulous gravy. We were too full up to order one of their tempting desserts. Reasonably priced, great atmosphere and very friendly staff.Highly recommended.
Fantastic meal. Huge portions and the food was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the Brisket and Guinness Pie if they have it on! To top it off, they gave my daughters an Easter egg as well. Pay these guys a visit, you won't be disappointed x
Lunch here on Tuesday 26th March.
An excellent lunch. I had the Steak and Ale Pie my wife had the salmon. Both were well cooked and presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pub had a nice atmosphere with friendly customers. Pleased we stopped off for lunch.
Food and service is excellent.
Atmosphere really nice and in a lovely little village.
We had a Sunday lunch here, which was exceptional and the way it was served onto the plate was very unique and pleasing to the eye.
We also had a mid week dinner, one day which was again very very good but be warned the portions are very large!
Firstly and above everything, I have to say I don’t think I've ever felt so welcomed in a pub.
This is all thanks to Ben and his incredible staff.
We were on a camping trip just staying around the corner, and found this little gem on a walk.
We initially stopped for some mid afternoon drinks. As soon as we stepped into the pub we were greeted with incredibly friendly staff with amazing hospitality.
We decided to book a table for some food and boy did they not disappoint. The Brasenose burger is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had.
I’d personally like to thank Rebecca also for being incredible with our 5 year old daughter.
You all made our little family holiday incredible.
We will be returning very soon!
Thank you all once again.
Just went in for a couple of beers so we didn't eat.
To be fair, the food we saw being taken to a family group looked very nice.
However the staff, whilst polite, seemed more interested in sitting round a table having a chat rather than serving.
It was mid afternoon and it was relatively quiet so maybe that's why.
The tables were very tacky to the touch.
