When i visited it was to watch some friends perform. Tiny bar and they were squeezed into a corner. All went well and audience joined in well. Decent array of drinks. Car parking ok. Seats and tables but you're standing on busy nights. In warm weather looks like a decent number of seats outside. Bar doesn't do food ( drinkers pub really ), but sells filled rolls. A great example of a long lost traditional English pub. Has a long history of being flooded out. Think space for wheelchair would be restricted in bar but ok outside. Brown signs show way to pub but then disappear. Just stay on road until it takes you down by the river. Not a good venue if you don't like crowds or being close to people. Otherwise nice old pub. Locals seem rather fond of ' shots ' , with their drinks :)
Superb pub, excellent service….top drawer/quality beer. Excellent atmosphere….and the new burgers are superb. The decor depicts a true ambiance of an establishment nearly 400 years old and exudes a calming effect.

Marvelous historic Inn in jackfield.. About 20 min walk from Ironbridge. Its a nice walk too. Right on the river severn so lovely views. The ale is nice and they do snacks, usually 2-3 on and well kept. Great service behind the bar... It's been flooded a few times so get in there ASAP. Highly recommended ????
A wonderful good 'old fashioned' & REAL pub, nice bar snacks & great Ale.... Add to that, the great atmosphere... Wish I could get there more regular as it is, without a doubt, my favorite pub of all. Nice job & thumbs up.
Visited on a Thursday, Irish night. Nine wonderful musicians, great atmosphere. Would highly recommend.
Went for the 40's weekend with brilliant act's and lots of reenacters and military vehicles.
Fabulous little pub with bags of quaint character. Mario & Lisa are superb publicans & make you feel very welcome. Some great beers/ciders/ales on, bands on & real community hub, as a proper pub should be. ❤️
