Fab old fashioned little village pub. Hosts are really friendly and welcoming.
It was the typical scenario.
We walked in and everybody in the place turned to look at us.
Then they all said hello!!

We ended up talking to lots of the other customers and had a brilliant night, really great bunch.

Best pub in the local area by far. Great food, great drink and always a great welcome. A must visit place for a nice evening with friendly people, good food and good company. You will always be made to feel at home.
In a time warp. I like an old fashioned pub don't get me wrong, quirky works too but this place hasn't seen any time , money or effort in the past 30 years at least. Some old hoarders house. And we wonder why pubs shut at the rate they do every week?

The pub has moved on to new owners after being shut for four years. I think it is brilliant, very nice people running it. The atmosphere is superb. I am the new owner by the way.
Lovely little village pub, nice place to hold a celebration, although there is a fair amount of gravel to negotiate if you are in a wheelchair.
Great place for a drink and a chat,when rich+wendy put a roast on defo worth turning up for dinner will b back soon
Very friendly welcome from the landlord and landlady, gorgeous little doggies also there to welcome you when you arrive!
