Bel posto, elegante... I ragazzi che lavorano sono molto in gamba. Si può sia bere che mangiare (vi sono svariate opzioni un po per tutta la settimana, per es. Venerdì barbeque)
We had a very good and relaxing evening at the Bistro last night, through and through. The restaurant was full but the manager was still kind enough to accommodate us and we would like to thank him for that.
All the staff were very kind, had the spaghetti gambas - 10 out of 10.
I definitely recommend it.

No hay duda que repetiremos pronto y tenemos pendiente hacer una estancia en verano ya que hacen varios eventos dependiendo del día de la semana en verano!

Le Burger swisspeak était ok mais pas incroyable. La salade qui accompagne était bizarre, très grossièrement coupée, et sans aucun assaisonnement.
Apparemment ils ne savent pas ce qu'est une vinaigrette, car ils m'ont amené un petit bol de moutarde quand j'ai demandé un peu de vinaigrette pour la salade..
Le serveur nous prend de haut dès le départ. Il ne faut pas s'étonner que le restaurant soit vide.
A une époque c'était très bien mais là...
Tijdens ons verblijf in het Swisspeak Resort hebben we ook lekker bij de Bistro gegeten. Vanaf ons appartement zaten we zo in het restaurant, waar we direct vriendelijk geholpen werden door het personeel.
We kozen beide voor een risotto, mijn vriend voor de truffel risotto en ik voor de risotto met ananas en chorizo. Wat lekker waren deze zeg! De smaak was zo ontzettend goed! Zelf mijn risotto was niet te zout, door de chorizo. Echt een feestje voor mijn smaakpupillen. Dikke aanrader!
Als toetje hadden we een assorti van verschillende kleine hapjes, lekkere afsluiter. Als we nog eens in de buurt zal ik hier zeker weer eten.
Après une attente interminable, nous avons reçu 8 petits ravilolis industriels pour chf 36.-. Le gérant n’a absolument pas tenu compte de notre remarque et nous a fait indiquer que nous n’étions pas les premiers à nous plaindre. Une honte à éviter absolument.
