Absolutely amazing Sunday lunch. Is this the best one I have ever had? Probably.Only up until 2pm servings. It's a pub with it's regulars and newbies like us, with a very lovely pub dog that knows when you've finished and cheekily waits for scraps
We stopped in for Sunday lunch with the dogs. Great food (one of the best vegetarian Sunday roasts I’ve ever had!), super friendly service (including to our dogs who enjoyed some turkey) and a laid back and comfortable atmosphere. Hope to be back again with family and would highly recommend!
Great genuine pub.
Really good selection of drinks and ever changing menu with some really stand out dishes.
Log fire, warm welcome, nice big outdoor beer garden what is there not to like.
Cracking little pub proper old school atmosphere... Sunday lunch was good big slices of pork and beef mountains of veg and ot more gravy than you will ever need ????????????
Lovely pub, serving good beers and food.
Friendly staff, who welcomed us, and service was quick, despite it being really busy.
Have to say brilliant bar maid made good effort to make us comfortable. Good ambience and lovely place. Well worth a visit
