The Bear Garage and adjoining petrol station are both outstanding! I get my car serviced and mended at the garage and have done for many years. The other cars in my family are taken there too. I trust them completely- they are accommodating and completely transparent in what your
vehicle needs to have done.
The petrol station with Post Office is massively convenient. It was closed today and I had to go to Lacock PO. A little bit inconvenient! It wasn’t their fault - I think they’d had a break in overnight so the police closed it down to investigate.
I’m conclusion, both the garage and petrol station are fantastic- and the people who work there are as well ( and no one has asked me to write this review!!! ????)
A very thorough and satisfying service. The staff are friendly and helpful
First time using the Bear, had my car dropped there after the clutch failed. Asked them to do the cambelt & water pump while they had it. Fitted it in in between other jobs to get us back on the road as soon as they could. Great on pricing too. Really pleased and will definitely come back for anything needed for the car in the future!
We had problem with citroen DS3,nobody couldn't fix the car in Trowbridge!!!When we went to The Bear Workshops everything was fixed, cheaper and quickly.Well Done.I recommend and I will be back soon.Lovely service.Thank You
