This place looks a little tired from the outside but is nice on the inside. The staff were pleasant and the food was lovely. I would recommend for a bite to eat.
We went for steak night( 12 people)
, I have had steaks in many establishments but the 2 steak dinners with a bottle of wine was an absolute bargain . The steaks were cooked to perfection and is the best steak I have ever had despite spending vastly more for allegedly superior cuts elsewhere. I live 1H30m from this pub and would consider driving this far just for their steak night.
We had the roast beef and roast lamb for Sunday lunch today. Best pub roast, served by friendly, hardworking bar staff. Well done to the chef and thank you ladies for a very enjoyable experience. Look forward to going back ????
This was my first visit to The Bath House despite living fairly locally to Walton. Having read the reviews and listening to word of mouth I decided to give it a go.
In a nutshell the Sunday roast the three of us had was simply sublime. The roast potatoes were crispy and fluffy. Portion sizes generous. Meat cooked to perfection. Beef was tender as was the pork and the cracking was done beautifully.
The interior of this establishment is reminiscent of a man’s working pub but it’s relatively easy to oversee this when observing everybody having such a nice time.
The staff were attentive and welcoming and as it was Mother’s Day I was offered a free glass of Prosecco which was an added bonus.
I would definitely return as in my opinion. The Sunday roast is far superior than other establishments locally including the fine dining experiences in nearby local towns.

1st class service from all bar staff and waitresses. Landlady accomodated us for a quick sunday lunch whilst visiting Walton and they did not disappoint. Really welcoming. I had steak pie and daughter had something with lashings of gravy ????
Absolitely gorgeous mash - from a Yorkshire lass that's saying summat haha!
Both had lovely puddings. Mine was apple crumble but ate before realising I hadn't got a picture ????

They turned lots away whilst there so definitely book in advance.
Locals really welcoming to us too- had a chat and told me to try belly pork next time.
They sell out of sunday dinners but our choices off menu were spot on.

Our first visit to this fab pub today. Great staff (friendly + accomodating) & amazing food (freshly cooked + very generous), plus we got to sit right by the TV to watch the footie! Can totally recommend + great food options for veggies. We will be back.???? ???? ????
First visit, this place has massive potential. Landlady bubbly, kind and a friendly face...we will go back and try the food at some point which looks amazing, the pub deserves to be more busier, get yourselves down there....
