The food portion was massive, what a pleasant surprise, I had the Barley Burger and it was juicy and delicious. The 4 star for atmosphere is only due to the stuffy air the room would have been awesome if there was some fresh air flowing. Service was great. Definitely coming back with my family when it’s warm and we can sit outside .
1st time vist as it states in their menu food is cooked fresh so it is definitely worth the wait sat in the conservatory comfortable seating nice 0.0 lager on draft.

First time visiting after admiring all the photos on their Facebook page. The food was incredible. The chicken kebab was soft (could do with more bread as it was soft & warm) and all the meat on the mixed grill fell off the bones. My boyfriend said it was the best mixed grill he’s ever had. The Oreo cake was huge, so soft & moist. Will definitely be returning so I can try the cocktail menu!
Mothers day treat and I didn't know this place existed. It's so nicely decorated, very up to date and modern. The staff are great, very welcoming and accommodating for the dog on mothers day. Great food, plenty full and very tasty. Nachos to share we the best I've had here or abroad! Lamb burger was lovely in a black bread cake which was astonishing to see as I didn't read the menu properly, but it worked so well and was delicious. Kebas were perfect, as was the steak. Great hidden gem and we will be back
Went there for a Sunday lunch. I recommend that you call and reserve a table first as it can be busy. The food is excellent and freshly cooked. The waitress service was very good and helpful. On weekdays, there is a varied menu to choose from. I would recommend you give this place a try. You can also try the meat platter to serve about 4 people very tasty for meat lovers .

The Deserts consist of deliciously fresh made cakes on the day served with either pouring cream or ice cream.

The burger was well filled. The fresh cut chips were flavoursome and not over done.
My friend had the steak which he said was on par or better than M&C, but a more generous serving.
Can't wait to sample the other delights on the menu; they all looked great from what we could see being served to other tables.
The food was amazing. I can’t decide if I’d go back for the food and tolerate the service.
Services was lacking. A table of 4 of us, sat for 2 hours. In this time, we had 2 drinks and a main meal. No one asked if our food was ok, no one came to clear our plates and no one asked us for further drinks nor deserts. We were then asked to move to the bar and we stated that we’d not been offered deserts to be told we could have desserts in the bar area. We went to the bar to find it full with no space for 4 of us to sit. We finished our drinks and paid our bill and left. At no point were we asked how our evening was and if everything had been ok which I found really strange.
Atmosphere was cramped and loud.
All that but the food was amazing!!!!!
