Lovely lunchtime meal with friends. Decided to have a variety of small plates to share which were well explained by the owner. Couldn’t believe the presentation and how tasty they were. We were very full when we had finished although we all managed to find a space for a dessert which were very nice to. Would definitely recommend and return again.
Wonderful food, all home made and great quality. Good portion sizes and catered well for children. Made to feel really welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed. Our faves were the tuna seved on salt, soft shell crab, dumplings and tirmasu. It is more of a foodie pub and a working progress but a lot of love and effort is being put in which shows. We all enjoyed from 7 months to 70.
Food is really nice but come to the owner is a different matter, 1 they hate drinkers and only like you to eat food. 2 he is so obnoxious and can't get your bill right as has his fingers In to many pies. 3 your face needs to fit. If only he paid his staff what they are owed would be a good thing not to be like the last landlord and pocket everything.
Had a fantastic meal here last night with a group of friends. Lovely setting, cosy table and the food was amazing and beautifully presented. The owner was very welcoming and explained how the menu works and what some of the dishes were. Would thoroughly recommend this place.
Popped in for a drink and to see how the place looks following the change in management. Pleased to say it's still the cosy intimate place I remember. Large car park. Clean modern toilets.

Fabulous service and food… could not fault it. We went for a selection of the smaller plates of Asian food; crab, prawns, pork belly, satay and siaopow steamed buns. All deserts are handmade and also delicious!
