Good selection of ice creams and sorbets. Nice generous portion sizes too! There are three small tables inside. Also serves hot drinks.
Best Gelatto ice-cream in Alnwick!
I come for my fix of two scoops of Coffee whenever I'm in town.
Service with a beautiful smile.

Wonderful Gelato Ice Creams sold here. We had Vanilla and Pistachio this time and they were gorgeous. Always worth a visit when passing through Alnwick.
This lovely ice cream parlour is absolutely superb. The wonderful lady who owns it is so so friendly and welcoming. I didn't indulge in our visit but my children (who have consumed much ice cream in their time!) said this is the best ice cream they've ever had. The portions are very generous! If we're ever back Alnwick we'll be sure to visit again. Highly recommend!
The ice-cream was delicious, the indoor seating was basic and had no atmosphere. The member of staff did thier job, but that was it, no interaction. Then my daughter found a shard of hard plastic in her ice-cream the only reply was "oh how did that get there" lucky she wasn't hurt. But not impressed with the customer service at all.
Edit.. in reply to the owner's comments...... 6 months later...... I was not offered a replacement nor an apology the member of staff occupied herself with looking for more shard in the ice-cream.. .and nothing else. In thier reply the own has admitted to identifying a health and safety risk and a food hygiene issue and not acting on it.... I rest my case
Decided to come for Ice-cream and get my usual Vanilla and Pistachio combo while the hubby got himself a Rhubarb Custard and Honeycomb. One of the best Gelato we’ve had. Excellent pistachio ice-cream! Lovely staff! Definitely worth a trip back again all the way from Newcastle Upon Tyne!
Very nice ice cream, good choice of flavours was a nice find whilst wandering around the town.
The ice cream was delicious. We were offered to try as many tastes as we wanted. The owner was really kind and friendly and talked about the history of the company. We really enjoyed it and definitely will be back soon.
