Great venue to hire for your party or event with passionate owners and friendly staff.
Highly recommended.
Only issue is that there is not enough parking but that’s only due to its location on a residential street. A*
Came here for sunday lunch on mothers day. We booked a table for 4 o'clock and didn't get seated until 40 minutes later even though there were only 4 other tables, we ordered and finally got our meals an hour an forty minutes after our booking time. When the food came out it was mostly cold, the turkey was tough and fatty, the roasties needed a life raft to save them from the amount of butter they were drowning in. They somehow managed to make everything burnt and freezing cold. If you were thinking of visiting this restaurant do yourself a favor, defecate onto a plate instead, it will be much quicker, warm and it will probably taste the same
Absolutely appalling food and service. Waiting over an hour for food when arrived food was cold, dry, hard, tasteless and inedible. Very loud environment overcrowded when complained to waitress she responded with well we are busy which gives no excuses as I have run multiple restaurants myself and are fully aware that you are only as good as your last service. We had to pay in full for all meals even though we didn’t eat the food. Tut tut will never go again and wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Had to feed the kids when we got home couldn’t even lock the toilet door which opened directly into the food hall. would of rated no stars but option was not available
Very friendly and very spacious with decent prices. It's a something of a blast from the past, with a fairly small selection of drinks but it's clearly well run with a nice atmosphere. Dropped in for a couple of drinks with friends and would definitely return.
Lovely food, friendly staff and even some craft ale in bottles. Would love to see local breweries and cider producers supported not just mass producers.
