Had a good experience with DANNIQUE from the Thamesmead Branch. I call last minute around 5:15pm from being let down by Erith We Buy any Car (despite booking an appointment). Despite he had a question and that will take him up to closing time he said it no problem come down.
From the first interaction he was polite, helpful, couturious and patient and was not rushing the process or dismissive of my questions. We also got a far price on the car which was double bonus even after closing time.

Had an appointment with them on Wednesday at 12:00 got there at 11:55, there was a note on the door saying they would be back in 5 minutes, left at 12:24 without being seen tried calling and there was no answer , very unprofessional.
