BE AWAWE!!!! This restaurant is on google as being in Battersea and in Uber eats etc, I ordered online for collection, selected the Battersea branch and went there to collect. To my surprise, the restaurant is no longer there and there is a Chinese takeaway in its place. The owner of the Chinese was shocked to see another restaurant advertising at his premises. When I phoned them up they said the order got diverted to West Hampstead, when I asked for a refund they said no because the food has already been cooked. You really cannot make this up! Anyway, it’ll now be sent to Barclays for them to deal with. So, please please do not provide these liars and cowboys with your hard earned cash.
Had a very similar experience as customer before. Wish we had checked reviews before ordering. 3 hours later and we still have not recovered our food. When reaching out to the restaurant the first time they explained it had been a delay due to the weather. When calling back after 1 hour and a half the restaurant told me they had tried to deliver however no one opened the door. We had all been home starving waiting for the food and was sure no one had attempting delivering. Several phone calls later with restaurant and driver we still she have not received our food l. We have asked them to cancel multiple time as we don’t wanna eat food that was cooked 3 hours ago. Still starving waiting for a solution!
Hellish experience from start to finish. We ordered from Uber Eats because it said it was a 25 wait time and we were hungry (should have checked the reviews first). We start to become suspicious when we had heard nothing after 30 minutes, so we tried to call to check all was ok. Our calls were ignored repeatedly, before someone eventually picked up, thought we were on hold, and said he needed to speak to his colleague. All we could then hear was a lot of shouting and swearing, before he hung up on us.We felt pretty uneasy by this point so tried to call back so we could cancel the order - they began ignoring us again. We ordered another takeaway and tried to cancel the order through the Uber app. 3 HOURS LATER (since we first ordered) the doorbell went and there was a sorry excuse for a takeaway left there in the rain (driver had ran off). We had already eaten our replacement takeaway by this point, but its a good thing we had as after looking at what we had been presented, we would not have eaten it. Very disappointing experience - after we sent pictures to Uber the next day, they refunded us.
Honestly if I could give a 0 star I would. I dont review restaurants unless they are absolutely terrible, but this is by far the worst imaginable experience. Ordered through uber eats and order never came. They keep declining my call (like actually hitting the red button). Its been 1.30 hours since I have ordered and although the ETA has passed I cant contact anyone to find out where my order is. Essentially they have taken my money and disappeared. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Do not order from them. They are liars and disreputable.
They mixed up my order for beef and broccoli with tofu and broccoli (I'd say 2 to 3 stars for the dish anyway) and when I rang them to tell them so, they said they would send the right order. I rang over an hour later, they said they would refund via Uber Eats.
So after a few days, I went to Uber Eats, they told me they could not do anything after 48 hours. Uber Eats are pretty dodgy with customer service anyway but obviously Thai Pei lied outright to avoid any sanctions or penalties from Uber Eats.
Do not order from Thai Pei. There's no upside, their food isn't that great that they can treat customers this way.
They are a disgusting and irrelevant supplier of Asian cuisine.

So I tried this take away place.I ordered a take away but end up going to pick up my order as it didn't arrive on time.I ring them and ask and said to me another 20mins wait.
Since I'm near I went to pick it up.Upon arriving there. The guy apologise .Even on phone.I ask for a delivery refund but then change my mind.Looking at him and the place business seems low.I change mind asking for delivery refund.I read all reviews and seem to be the late delivery. If I were to ask from the people gave reviews from a year ago.Give them chance.Maybe for locals better go and order in shop and help out small businesses.I just had my order. PRAWN CHOW MIEN WAS GOOD AND THE SQUID. THEY'RE SMALL BUSINESS. MAYBE LETS GIVE THEM CHANCE.After covid so many businesses closed. I WOULD ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM SINCE IM NEAR BY.I put in 3star as I pick up my food that's the only reason.I enjoyed what I ordered.
Food was 2 hours late, before being informed that it wasn't gonna arrive and the driver was rude!!!
Driver went to North London, even though the address is in South London.
