Per la prima volta ho assaggiato il loro vino che a dir poco, eccezionale no anzi superlativo soprattutto quando ho bevuto il passittu. Lo staff ed il proprietario persone gentili, professionali e disponibili nel consigliare il loro prodotto Non potevo non acquistarlo. Consiglio vivamente di visitare il posto e assaggiare il loro prodotto.
Abbiamo scelto la cantina per la degustazione per le ottime recensioni che sono state tutte confermate.
La sig.ra Piera ci ha accolto calorosamente e ci ha illustrato il loro processo produttivo.
Fatta degustazione top con l'assaggio di 5 vini, 2 vermentini ( a nostro gusto quello di fiume molto buono e sapori particolari) 2 cannonau e 1 passito (ottimo) accompagnata da taglieri con prodotti locali a km0.
Anche la location con vista mare ha avuto la sua valenza.
Insomma tutto perfetto e da provare assolutamente

Contacted the winery through google to arrange a wine tasting and Piera quickly got back to me and we arranged a food and wine tasting at the agriturismo.
The agriturismo, like the winery faces onto the Asinira gulf and has stunning views from La Ciaccia to Isola Rossa.
The food was excellent and was themed "An aroma of wine" with all the dishes being cooked with their own wines incorporated. There was a lot of food! From local cheeses and a strudel with Radicchio, pecorino cheese and pine nuts to Carpaccio of beef with an Moscato onion topping. My favourite food was the risotto with the Cannanou reserve.
The wines were served with the dinner (1 x Rose, 2 x Vermentino, 2 x Cannonou, 1 x Moscato) and the waitress (apologies I forget the name) was excellent and gave detailed descriptions of where the vineyards were. For example the contrast between the two vermentino's and the terroir - one from vines facing the sea, the other from vines near the river. One taking on the salt minerals, the other the river minerals. Same with the Cannonau. I could definitely taste the difference between them.
The favourite wine was the last - Li Zinti - a moscato.
For the price (€65) the evening was an absolute bargain. I rolled out of the restaurant and struggled to walk back the few km to Valledoria! I hope to return the next time I'm back in Sardinia.
