First visit- Been wanting to visit for a while, but wasn't impressed. Tempura is one of my favourite foods but this just didn't hit the spot.
Ordered cajun chicken tempura but it was sweating in the box amd the batter was very soggy, the chips weren't very crispy either, could have been cooked a little longer IMO.
Either it's the chefs fault or the containers they use, as the cellophane lids on the boxes causes the sweating. Wouldn't rush back if this is the usually standard?!
Second visit - very disappointing, our food wasn't ready at the time given to pick up, chicken tempura was cold and soggy batter when we opened it up, the fries were cold and were absolutely covered in cajun spice, it was like they had tipped a full jar of cajun spice in the box, I couldn't eat any of it, it went in the bin, a total waste of money!
We loveeeeee Tempura for both sit in and takeaway! Amazing food and fab value for money, everything we have ever tried has been fresh and perfectly cooked, big shout out to chilli cheese dip, defo crack in there???? we had the TINYEST issue with a missing side and they could not have apologised more and we were refunded straight away! Honestly if you have any problem LET THEM KNOW before you leave a pure shady review, they can’t fix it if you don’t tell them???? Best team in the toon, thank you xx

First of all the chicken tempura looked really appetising and was cooked to perfection. Really tasty!! They were so busy last night and I was in a rush to go to the Odeon so the staff went the extra mile to help us out ???? thank you so much, will definitely be back!
We came in yesterday to try the new big Jamaican box. The amount of food you get for the price is incredible. The service was very fast even though they were busy & staff very polite. Unfortunately one of our burgers was under cooked. So we took it back but the staff instantly resolved this with no issues & gave us a free cheesecake. Tempura is a great place to eat but warning ..the fries are addictive! Can not wait to eat here again. Thank you to the staff for being so professional.
Some of the most amazing takeaway food you can get. Highly recommended the Wraps and the Famous Filthy Fries. Good price for the high quality and huge portions you get. The staff who served us were very friendly and the food was cooked fresh in only 10 minutes.
Walked into order takeaway and very loud music on so the assistant was shouting over it . Chicken tempura was very pale and the chips were soggy and so was my husbands. £40 christmas gift wasted . We have eaten in their restaurant a few times before and it was delicious so what happened ?????.
