Prescription is never ready. I needed antibiotic for my daughter urgently. They asked us to wait for 1/2 hour and after all this wait thy said its not available check in other pharmacy. By the time we were told this it was already 5.30 and most of the pharmacy around were closed.its a very bad experience. Staff was rude. And making faces when we asked questions.
Telephone House Pharmacy is superb. The staff are always very friendly and helpful especially Jo who always has a smile on her face and a welcome greeting. I’ve been to the pharmacy when they’ve had to deal with very difficult customers and they have always acted with politeness and diplomacy. Well done to you all and you deserve 5 stars for going the extra mile, help and advice
Called here en route to the Red Funnel ferry. Entered, noted that there were five staff members talking to each other. No effort to greet a paying customer. Ignored for upwards of four minutes while the staff continued their conversations, then walked out resolving never to use this business again. Without customers they wouldn't have either a business or jobs. Sadly, these bad attitudes are not uncommon in the health professions. Strongly recommend others to avoid this place, with its sense of entitlement and disrespect for customers.
NHS Website states closing time 630pm, sign on door states closing time 630pm. Arrived at 6pm today at this pharmacy to find a closed sign and lights off, doors locked. No answer on the phone.
I rang previous day to ask if prescription ready and they were unable to find it. So I rang my GP, and while waiting on hold to find out it was sent to the pharmacy the day before.
Hoping nothing untoward has happened, if there is an actually change to the opening times can we please have an up to date information, at the very least on the door itself, so that we can plan our days in these times better?
Staff always very attentive and timely with prescriptions, couldn't fault. I would highly recommend based on my experience that I have had over the last few years.
Not always on the ball with prescriptions and now made worse with an answering machine service to order medication. I always phone to check they've got my message as I can't trust them.
Easy to access, well stocked, moderately priced, servers very polite.
It's more important for the pharmacist to catch her bus that preparing your prescription.!!!!
