My favourite place in Swanage for breakfast, consistently good with quality ingredients, black pudding is the best I’ve had anywhere. Whether your eating in or taking away the foods always hot and fresh. Great selection of pies sausage rolls etc too.
I regularly go with a special needs client, who John and his team have always made welcome and go out of their way to accommodate his needs. They are very reasonably priced and the meal deals are excellent. The sausages and bacon are of excellent quality and portion sizes are very good also. He has a good selection of pies etc
Always stop off here during our visits to Swanage Blues. Absolutely love the freshly cooked food. Breakfast today was amazing. As are the pasties and pies. Will be back next visit ???? Alison and Leroy
Got a nice breakfast would have preferred it a bit hotter but good ingredients and cooked perfectly, not greasy ,Good friendly service and it's dog friendly
Amazing breakfast, great quality ingredients all cooked from fresh. We visited here twice for our breakfast during our stay in Swanage. The staff are all friendly & helpful, this was evident when an elderly gentleman came in who must have been a regular. His drink was ready for when he sat down, along with the morning paper. Such a lovely thing to witness. If we're ever visiting Swanage again, we will definitely be having our breakfast here.
Absolute gem of a cafe. We Couldn't resist popping in after seeing the pie and mash ad. Lovely staff and the grub was amazing just like my old pie & mash growing up in east London. Looking forward to visiting again. Thanks guys.
One of my favourite places in Swanage, regularly eat in and take away! There's a great range of good quality produce but the standout offering for me are the items which they get from the Scottish butcher. I love the Scottish breakfast and I'm always delighted when I see the genuine lorne, proper black pudding and white pudding too - it's all just as good as the meals I've in the highlands. Having lorne, haggis and black pudding with onions in a roll for lunch is another favourite before grabbing a couple of Scotch pies to take home for dinner as well!
My favourite cafe in the area, but one that stands in strong contest against any cafe I regularly use (I work in St. James’ London), a proper cafe not a deli. The quality of the packaged products is second to none, the plated & takeaway food isn’t just great for the price but simply great, the chap behind the counter (owner?) is great; organised (rare in many places) & great to shoot the breeze with (interesting & funny), . If the locals are regulars it speaks for itself. AND check out the photos on the walls!
