Maggie was super sweet and attentive, I called a few days before our visit as we had some who was vegan in our party, she gave me a great list of options my friend could have and even prepared a special burger for her! The barn is so beautiful and the whole site is just filled with so much treasure and quirky items, you can see how much passion and love has gone into this hidden gem!! The prices are great and affordable and I hope to be back one day, I’ll always think to try visit again on any of my journeys down south in the future for sure, it’s not to be missed if your passing by! We also got to meet chicka Bon Bon who was thriving and beautiful and living her best life!
Absolutely five star.....wonderful place ......staff so lovely.......food fantastic ???? Had mini rustic afternoon tea...... couldn't fault it thank you. Husband had fish finger sandwich......loved it.
The Secret Barn, What a fantastic beginning to 2024! I discovered a charming cafe near Lincoln that made my New Year celebration truly memorable.
Found this place by accident while looking at Google Maps. Drove here just for fun and so glad we did, amazing lemon curd scones! Will be back for sure, the people who run it are so lovely!!! Walked along the river for a bit as well, excellent birdlife. Had a happy little experience with some sedge warblers!
This is a small family run cafe with so much rustic charm. Everything is made with love, delicious and well presented. It's a little treasure near the river with lovely views and walks. Dog friendly (kept on lead) Go to relax and enjoy.
A real find, love this cute place. The ladies who own and work there were super sweet to me and my dog and gave him a puppachino whilst i enjoyed a big slab of jammy cocnut cake made by the owners 80 year old mum...obviously it was excellent! Got a locally hime made pirk pie to take away also. There lots if cute chill out areas , kids would love it too. You can walk there from cromwell lock down the river. My google maos was tellung me to go via the rd but its not neccisary as thes a proper foot path from the lock where we were moored down the riverside.
We love it here. Great food, great quirky barn. Louise is so lovely and not mean with her portions
What a wonderful find! Totally unique, beautiful seating and the loveliest ladies serving yummy food to order. They do cheered up our grumpy, overtired 6yr old and fed treats to our doggies. Will deffo be back, thank you ????
