So far, 7 weeks of work after a non fault accident and sent to them by LV insurance, weeks and weeks of delays due to so called quality control issues with panel alignment, just to get the car back with a multitude of problems, one huge alignment issue of panels and also damage to supposedly new panels with chips and scratches and ultimately more damage than before the accident, the car was immaculate before the accident but now has worse problems than before, also as mentioned by others awful communication and you feel like it's lies. Unfortunately we have no choice but for it to go back to be sorted out as it's through the insurance company, please avoided this garage.
Now 12 weeks later and the car is still not done, still awful communication, absolute joke
Had my Aston Martin fixed here as they are an aston martin authorised repairer. Front light was not put on proper and when contacted them asked them to sort it out they never get back to you. When finally they do spoke to Stephen. He says sorry and send him photos, 2 days after receiving them he says to late!!!! Why would you ask for photos if gonna say to late!!!!! Even when they got notes of my complaints straight after the repairs were done!!!! Also they fixed a Window and damaged an £400 part when removed!
Don't give any cars here to be fixed! Very poor job and customer service.
Now I will just have to fight it through aston head office as they authorised these dishonest company! Bunch of Jokers!
Had audi q7 rear wheel arches repaired and painted under audi paint guarantee had to send car back 2 times as repair was worse than poor my 2 year old nephew could have painted it better with his brush. Really these guys don't know what they are doing just by opening a big garage it don't mean you know how to do bodywork. Funny thing is after 1 year the rust has come back and guess what they don't know anything about the repair. Total bunch of jokers. There are much better places to get your car repaired from. Please don't go to these Muppets and get your car ruined.
This is the worst garage in the world, they’ve had my car for a month, and have told me nothing but lies, I was meant to get my car back two weeks ago. Very poor customer service I keep getting phone calls giving me dates and each day it changes, I would never recommend this garage ever!!! When you file a complaint nothing by happens, it’s like no can be held accountable for the sluggish behaviour. If your insurance company tries to send your car there REFUSE!!!! I am so livid with these good for nothing people I can’t even think straight, we missed all of the Easter holidays because of these guys!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE HORRID HORRID HORRID LIARS LIARS LIARS.
Absolute cowboys to the last. I had my car repaired as part of my Admiral claim after it had been rear ended. They had not fully repaired all the parts they were supposed to replace, and replaced parts that were not needed, i.e. They replaced the front numberplate just so they could stick their logo on it.
The exhaust was not fully connected and was swinging about, the replacement tow-bar was not the one I had previously (I had specifically chosen that model to fix a bike rack to) but they replaced it with a cheap model and to top it off they had not connected the light socket electrically, so instant mot failure next time I took it in, where the mot centre said there were no wires to speak of.
They refused to accept any liability for this and wouldn't pay for the extra work needed to fix the car from the shoddy work they had done.
When you ask for a repair, take your car elsewhere.
My Nissan was sent to TCW Tonbridge by LV insurance. The company kept me advised daily by text the up to date situation and on the vehicle's return it looked as good as new. I would recommend the company and their workmanship without hesitation.
Two months and we're still waiting...Jaguar UK have now taken up the case...Initially appalling workmanship, panels out of alignment and poorly finished body filler and paint work and they even managed to damage car returning it the first time around. No communication and now seriously considering legal action.
Terrible. Couldn't even be bothered to send images taken of the damage to be repaired despite several attempts by both the insurer and myself and assurances provided by the staff to get back to me. The estimator was apparently on holiday. You'd think it was a one man band, but if it was i'd expect the service would be far better. If i could give zero stars i would, but sadly this isn't possible.
