Best KPortal Reviews

My experience at this establishment was nothing short of delightful. The culinary offerings were fantastic, featuring an array of delectable choices that truly tantalized the taste buds.
Moreover, the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of food served. What set this place apart was the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an incredibly warm and welcoming smile. The staff were not only friendly but also attentive, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. I would highly recommend a visit for anyone seeking delicious food coupled with top-notch service in a friendly atmosphere.
It was a good experience coming here. The working hours shown in Google Maps is from 11am-1am. I came here at 10am when they were preparing to open the shop, and the staff still willing to take my order. That's quite rare to find in a customer service line.
This takeaway were famous for their cheap price particularly in the city of London, and all their foods were completely halal. I ordered Chicken Shawarma for just £5. That was the most cost effective shawarma that I've ever bought. It was delicious considering the cheap price.
Be sure to prepare cash to pay. Otherwise, you can go to nearest ATM just along the shoplot to withdraw some cash.
For the price, there’s not a whole lot of meat inside. Barely filled, vege and the bread made up for like 80% of it. Definitely not to make a meal.
Ordered a small, got charged a large.
Cash only place
And they’re really slow for a kebab place
Don’t recommend
the lamb with rice, shawarma, is very fragrant, delicous with the yogurt and tomato. had the kebab style too. but prefer eat with rice. the salad is free, self serve. already come to eat twice within one week. £12 if im not wrong.
We were charged for the large portions, but received very small portions compared to what everyone else was getting.
We ordered a chicken and a lamb shawarma, we didn't want the spicy sauce, but he put it on one anyway and just said, "well, you get one that's spicy." Before he dressed the second one I said I didn't want the salad, he acknowledged that and then put it on anyway.
We gave him £15 for the £12 bill and he just came back and started dressing the shawarmas without handing us our cash. My husband then asked about the change and the guy kind of sullenly said he'd get it for us. Guess he thought he could charge us a tourist tax.
The overall atmosphere was not welcoming.
What a phenomenal place! Food so delicious and staff are super nice! They even made us Iraqi genuine tea, something particularly rare and tasty
Location is perfect, just steps away from either Queensway or Bayswater tube stations.
Very limited sitting ins so it is more ideal for grab & eat.
Can't say much about the price, it is London & it is Bayswater.
I have eaten the shawarma chicken & muttons many times and both area equally good, juicy meat & chicken, generous sauce & salads. Queue can be long.
There seems to be many attendants young & old and a few didn't amuse me. But overall the food is good and the service is fast and the place is generally clean. One small shawarma is £5.00 & big is £6.00. Portion is adequate.
This kebab House has been around for many years and I visit once every 5 years, the quality and taste has remained consistent! The takeaway hasnt changed much either. A few High seats in the back and 2 or 3 tablets to sit on ourside. I ordered 2 lamb kababs and 2 cokes. Total came to £15. Cash only! The kabab is very juicy and well made, loads of sauce. Good size. Filling. Plenty of salad. The pitta is crispy - I think they must put it in a panini press. I would defo recommended if you are visiting the area.
