Have been using this take away for some time now, and think it's time to leave a review.
On many an occasion I have ordered when they have been really busy, as well as ordering when they are quiet, and on all occasions they have always been professional, courteous and helpful.
The young teenager behind the counter, does everything she can to make the ordering easy, and is always polite and professional no matter the amount of stress that they are put under.
The food is both fresh and freshly cooked, and a joy to taste. The chef there does produce decent tasting food time after time.
The costs are also very reasonable considering the portion sizes, and they only charge a mere £1.50 for.local delivery, if you feel too lazy to pop down there to collect... Bargain!
In summary... Good food, good service, good price.
Food tasted very nice at first, until I saw it later on down the toilet bowl. I'm a regular at this Chinese takeaway and I am disappointed to say I got food poisoning from it. Fuming!!
Having used this takeaway for years and having a meal delivered tonight I was shocked to be charged £1.50 delivery charge. I live just over half a mile from the takeaway. For a £48 order I was shocked to be charged. Looking at the menu they state Home delivery charges depending on your area. I think this is a terrible service. I won’t be using them again.
First time using, prompt, we collected, no issues and very polite and personable. Food was absolutely delicious- this will now be our go to Chinese takeaway !!
This is the BEST Chinese we've had in Kent. Full stop. Service is great, friendly staff, quick delivery and food is always hot and delicious!
If you want to be treated like an idiot, patronized but some non gender idividiual and end up with no food then this is the place for you.
Appreciated they might be busy so went in to the place in person and ordered food to be collected at an mutually agreed time 45 minutes later.
Turned up to collect and it was not ready.
Asked when it would be ready and there was no clear answer and it was implied I should shut up as my order was still in queue as they were busy.
Incompetence and arrogance personified. Use this place at your peril…I only used this place as Yongs in St Mary’s Bay was shut for holidays.
Most contemptuous service I have experienced since the Boxer Rebellion.
Ordered a delivery, arrived reasonably quick. Food was hot and tasted lovely. Only negative was no prawn crackers, usually from other takeaways they arrive free especially with big orders.
The food is not greasy..its gorgeous...lots of flavour. The owner is very friendly and interacts with the customers. The menu has a great variety for my family.
