Surprisingly good gem of a Chinese takeaway place with very reasonable price. The owner was hospitable and very honest about which dishes were authentic Chinese cuisine and recommended the Singaporean fried rice noodle which turned out to be really yummy.
This is the only Chinese restaurant for miles. It does standard Chinese fair at a good price. If you get bored of Scottish or Pub food, it's a good place to get takeout.
Note, they only do takeout, but you can ask for forks and drive to the river and sit on benches to have the food.
I got put on the 33rd floor, it was very noisy as I could hear all of the orders, good chicken and the elevator was very smooth.
They seem to be prioritizing speed over quality here for no discernable reason. The food was ready in something like five minutes at peak time when busy but everything had been stuck in the fryer and for far too long. Every item we ordered had been burnt in the fryer except for the char siu/roast pork fried rice which was actually pretty decent. I would recommend avoiding this place, or at least making sure that nothing you order has been put in the fryer...

Disappointing. After reading good reviews was looking forward to my meal. Meal was very dry, no suaces for the starters, only dish that was decent was the sweet and sour chicken but you really can't mess that up. £25.70 not well spent.
Best curry I've had from a Chinese takeaway. Pity the order was slightly fluffed though
