Just had a tuna mayo and onion toastie, it's not what I asked for, I asked for cheese on it so the guy did not listen to my order. Who has a toastie without cheese?
It's on the menu as tuna, onion w/cheese so why did I not get cheese too?

Learn to listen to your customers and maybe having a little personality wouldn't go a miss too, ya know like relay the order back to the customer so they can confirm you've got it right or not. It's not hard and that extra bit should be part of the service anyway so as to avoid situations like this one where you get a poor review for being lazy and not listening to my order. Wasn't even that good either! Seems like it was thrown together with very few F's given.
The whole experience screams out that he can't be bothered and possibly just doesn't like people. Change your job if you hate it so much!

Great sandwiches, lovely staff, teacakes are always fresh and large in size with plenty of filling! Got a breakfast today and for £5.20 would've expected spam and black pudding to have been included, but it was only 80p for both to be added on so only a minor complaint! Best sandwiches for miles around!
Biggest , freshest, tastiest, sarnie you will get. We eat out most days but this place can not be beaten on value.
Treat yourself to a ham and beef salad..... I truly recommend this sandwich shop.
Good sarnie fairly priced. Lemon cake to die for. Did notice cash only though
5 star cleanliness. .. hygiene rating 5 star and under new ownership ... brilliant staff and food is better than it's ever been ... friendly staff and plenty of grub in the butties .... well worth the money .... you can sit and have a breakfast if you wish but deffo a must now ....
I know I'm on again but can't help coming back to this sandwich shop .... I'm addicted .... and now they are doing home made free food(ie calories) for those that want to diet and are trying to keep fit .... gorgeous food and always fill the butties .... no skrimping here .... the also do deliveries on orders over £10 and I can't hype this shop enough ... YOU MUST TRY IT YOURSELF TO SEE THE QUALITY... GREAT STAFF AND GREAT FRIENDLY CUSTOMERS .... KEEP GOING 56 KEEP GOING ....
April 12 2017 .... yes I'm on again .... lol I keep calling into this shop cos I LOVE IT .... LOVE LOVE LOVE IT .... always a great butty or breakfast and now more popular than ever . Next they will be opening a full size cafe ???????????? lol I hope it carries on growing .... see you again soon !!! ????????????
