Wir hatten zu unserem Mittagessen Sushi, Teriyaki-Lachs mit Reis, Beef-Bowl Teriyaki. Alles prima. Wir wurden satt.
Schade dass die Servicemitarbeiter/in kein englisch oder deutsch sprechen.
Kleiner Input an die Köche/Köchinnen:
Beef oder Lachs in Teriyaki Soße mit Reis sollte man nicht auf dem Teller anrichten sondern wäre es besser in einer Schüssel. Man isst dann entweder mit Löffel oder (wenn die Soße nicht allzu flüssig wäre) noch mit Stäbchen.
Ein von Chinesen geführtes sehr bemerkenswertes japanisches Restaurant. Die Sushi und Sashimi sind hervorragend. Daneben gibt es auch noch andere sehr leckere japanische Gerichte. Empfehlenswert, aber nicht billig!
Sushi und gegrillter Lachs waren sehr lecker. Bedienung sehr schnell und freundlich. Draussen wie drinnen ist es sehr einladend.

First time here but we will definitely come back. We enjoyed our shabu Shabu which was served with many vegetable and meat and noodles. Everything was delicious. We also had shrimp tempura which was delicious. For desert I had the green tea mochi which was a great way to end a great meal. Service was fast and very friendly. We will be back to try the sushi which looked brilliant!
Incredibly fresh sushi and fast service. There are not a lot of selections but finding sushi this fresh in the middle of the Europe is amazing. Order the boat for two, comes with a lot extras, it is worth the price.
Very nice Japanese. Lovely quality with very nice sushi. Super nice wine selection as well. All fresh ingredients and nice taste. Friendly and attentive staff. Reasonable prices. Great.
Un bon restaurant de sushi que je peux recommander à Lausanne. ???? Nous avons mangé une variété de sushis, sashimis, makis et tempura et avons été très satisfaits de tous les éléments du menu. ⭐️
