BEST STAY EVER!!! Rhoda and Steven and the kindest, most welcoming hosts we’ve ever had. They instantly make you feel right at home. If you’re staying on Skye you absolutely have to stay with them. |Their home is beautiful. The room is spotless, and very comfortable! It has everything you need and the bed and pillows are perfect! |We were truly very sad to leave.
We loved our stay on Skye at Taigh An Uillt Bed and Breakfast. Rhoda is as good a host as you could ever ask for. She funny, charming, helpful and exemplifies the friendliness we found in Scottish locals everywhere we went. We arrived later than planned, and had let her know, and she was helpful in us finding a spot for some late dinner. She gave us suggestions on places to visit and was genuinely curious about how our day was when we returned. We'd go back in a heartbeat. The location gave us an excellent base camp.

We stayed here in July. Rhoda is an amazing hostess and helped us find places to eat (many restaurants were at capacity) as well as pointing us to unique places to go to. We had many great conversations with her, too, in the few days we were there. The room was huge, spotless and very quiet. She goes the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience. We stayed here for 2 nights during our roundtrip through beautiful Scotland. The hostess was very welcoming. She even made a reservation for a good restuarant in the neigbourhood. She also gaves us tips to see on the Island for the next day. The breakfast was lovely and the beds are very good. We'll come back when we are in Scotland again!
This was our first trip to Scotland and The Isle of Skye was full of history and stunning views.|My husband and I stayed two nights at Taigh AN Uillt B&B May 2022.Broadford is conveniently located for touring the area and amenities in town. This en suite room was spotlessly clean, large with comfortable bedding, and every convenience, well thought out. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The host mapped out not to miss places for us to explore while driving Skye. We were treated like family during our stay at Taigh AN Uillt. We had to leave very early on check out day and the host treated us to a to-go lunch for our trip. I couldn’t image staying anywhere else while visiting Skye. |
This is an outstanding, family-run, homely operation. Rooms are immaculately presented and well appointed. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Your host, Rhoda, will go the full 9-yards to ensure you are looked after, from welcome to au revoir. Wonderful and a shining example of what small businesses in remote Scottish locations are all about.
The house is close to the bridge that joins the Isle of Skye to the mainland. It is in a quiet area, close to several good restaurants.||The room was confortable, clean, with lots of light, and good blackout for the night. The bathroom is very confortable.||Breakfast was good.||The hostess, Rhoda, is very pleasant, warm and funny. She helped us make reservations for dinner and gave us excellent advise about where to go on the island.||We enjoyed our stay enourmously
