My experience of the team at Kingston Parmacy is friendly and welcoming. Prescriptions have always been issued on time and, if not stocked, alternative arrangements are made. My sister in law works in pharmacy and I am aware how challenging such an environment can be, often not helped and appreciated by the customer.
Prescriptions are never ready to be picked up, maybe if they spent less time gossiping and more time working they would be.
I also do not appreciate my personal details being shouted across the pharmacy by the stroppy shop assistants, a bit of training in GDPR would do them the world of good.
The pharmacy staff are helpful, supportive and friendly. The wait time is minimal and prescriptions are always ready regardless of the time of day.

The pharmacist is always late, if I were late I'd be sacked. People plan there busy days to come and pick up prescriptions which can't be handed out, set off earlier and have some common decency, this is a regular occurrence. All the other staff are really lovely.
Always friendly and polite. Sometimes a bit of a wait but you can see they are working hard and are busy. Never had a problem. Always helpful in searching for prescriptions that are meant to be there but docs haven't sent over. Would Always use this chemist.
Great always get a warm welcome. Though it can sometimes take a while especially at busy times, so be patient. Otherwise a great pharmacy and very helpful
A pharmacy in steep decline.
Customer service is not a concept that these people understand.
They are paid by the NHS to provide a service and fail miserably to provide that service.
The best advice I received from the place was 'to find another chemist.'
They believe that they are answerable to no one but we shall see whether complaints to the NHS and CQC produce results.

I went to receive my first covid jab at this pharmacy today and I have to say it was well organised and socially distanced from start to finish, I was in and out in no time.
The lady who administered my jab was friendly very gentle and competent she put me at ease immediately.
I'm so glad I was able to get my appointment here as it was easy to find not too busy and had plenty of parking on site.
I would totally recommend T Kingston Pharmacy.
A big thank you from me to all the very pleasant and efficient staff members I met this morning.
