Good service from TBE Alsager. Took the car with a noise and knocking sound. It turned out to be straight forward that could be dealt with quickly so there was no charge. First time this has ever happened with any garage. Would recommend! Clearly they will not try to charge when not required.
Absolutely brilliant, straight in & no problem, I'd recommend booking in though as it's a busy garage so chances are your not going to get in on the same day.

I found the service here reliable. I booked in the day before, arrived at 1pm for 2 new front tyres. The car was seen to straight away and i drove off 40mins later. I cannot fault the service or the staff, who were kind and efficient.
Took my car in for an oil change, quoted over the phone. They completed the work and after I went to collect my vehicle they tried to charge me an extra £150 than quoted. This would have made the cost more expensive than an actual BMW dealership. Absolutely robbing, I refused to pay and magically the price went back down again. They were very rude to me. Won’t be coming here again.
Had to come off the motorway with slow puncture called in on spec and they changed my wheel for me straight away absolutely fantastic service couldn’t recommend more highly thank you
