I was trying to get hold of my daughters prescription and it's been a week and they have been messing around. When I finally got it the package smelt like cigarettes ,and only half the prescription was given never going here again as the service was appalling. I would give it zero stars but that isn't an option so I gave them one star.
Fantastic pharmacy and would highly recommend - the team are respectful and polite with a very knowledgeable pharmacist who actually takes time to answer all of my silly questions! Keep up the great work.
Hands down the best pharmacy experience I've had in this place. Went today, feeling ill after a referral from NHS 111, and the staff immediately made me feel at ease and smile. They were kind, didn't rush conversation, and genuinely cared about the customer. Many thanks for your kindness today. It is so appreciated when you feel ill.
I had to ask for an emergency prescription and the Pharmacist was so helpful and caring. I am very grateful to them for sorting this out for me and I can't say thankyou enough for the amazing customer service.
There delivery service is appalling I have been waiting for my meds to be delivered it is 10pm now and still no medication. I've left with no medication for 2 days now also I've made 178 phone calls and they have not picked the phone up once. Be warned please don't go to this pharmacy because they will let you down over and over again.
Went today for my covid vaccine waited 25 minutes while sat waiting I noticed how dirty the whole place was and I mean absolutely scruffy, put me right off. I decided if they couldn't keep the shop clean the rest of the practice can not be much better. So after 25 minutes of waiting I walked out and would never go again.
Fabulous pharmacy with very approachable staff. Having previously used other smaller local pharmacies and a major retail pharmacy, I can thoroughly reccomend Synergise.
I am putting a one star cause it wont let me go any further with 0 , i think this pharmacy is a joke , i have waited over a week for medical milk for my daughter , i was told it would be ready by monday monday came and went so i rang the pharmacy and was told go wednesday , wednesday came my husband went and was told that it would be delivered by the pharmacy on thursday and it wasnt i rang the pharmacy for the person on the other end of the phone to put the phone down on me and then i tried calling back and noone would answer my call and still no further forward still no medical milk for my daughter and still no one to contact.
