Awful service, taken advantage off.
EDIT: With regards to the response, I’ve always preferred to use independent garages, the cheapest service possible wasn’t my desired outcome. You have detailed below of what I assume I was supposed to be charged- I was still charged more. Looking today the liquid is listed at £14.99, regardless my issue isn’t with the markup of parts (which I expect every garage to do), it’s the transparency of the service not to change pricing per customer and to be polite.
Took my car for an MOT. Got charged for a ‘special liquid that you can’t buy anywhere else’, needles to say it was on Amazon for 1/5 price. When I questioned it I was told ‘not to be picky’ I was already getting a cheap MOT. (Which was market average at the time, no special discount). They said they charge the lower end of the government boundary and so I should ‘count myself lucky’. Wasn’t allowed a receipt with a breakdown of the costing and when I complained I was given the card receipt to prove my purchase went through. I will never be going back.
It’s very sad that females feeling the need to take someone with them to a garage to not be taken advantage off is still a thing, and this garage endorses it
David is the nicest guy he truly is. I was really stressed this morning, I car ran out of MOT on 4th May and he sorted the work out for me last minute. Won’t go anywhere else again as his service is just fantastic.

Great service from this center. Mr. David is very calm and cool.person. Even though I areiv3d the 0lace before my MOT appointment, he gave me a space to park my car. Very nominal price for MOT service. I recommend this center, who are all looking for the MOT, service as well as used car buying.

Cheltenham’s best and most honest mot garage. Don't waste your time looking at others 100% trust worthy. A rare thing these days. Polite and friendly and charge sensibly.
