Total disaster, arogant manager, couldn't find prescription second time, asked me about my illness in front of people, he said I should remember the name of medicine (I'm taking 12 different medicines), when he finally found prescription didn't even said sorry. I was upset, crying and shaking. Decided to change pharmacy, as miss so much previous nice manager, when everything was simple and the atmosphere was friendly. I could write few long stories but have no power, after bad experience with the present manager.
Seems the manager likes to add different price ranges to same brands!
My daughter purchased 800ml baby milk £35 which only specialises in pharmacy but then charged myself £30 3 days later, explained it was to do with the supplier prices but then admitted it was his mistake it wasn’t the supplier?? and it should be £35 but let me off the fiver although he said it was £30 to me originally then try to justify it! Also I paid £20 for a bottle of eye drops, but later discovered same brand £3 in another store.
My daughter had to walk a long way with baby to get this product, talk about ripping mother and baby off!
This manager needs to have a care of duty to be fair in his prices. Don’t rip people off who are in need of medical needs!

Swindon Pharmacy is the best I've been to in the UK. They always have stock of my medication (unlike some of the larger Pharmacies). The staff are polite, understanding and efficient

Excellent pharmacy, polite staff working long house to serve not just the immediate area but also the shole of Swindon - the only pharmacy open at 5:30pm on a Sunday when I needed my medication urgently. Thank you for serving Swindon! -Chris
My wife had to pickup a prescription after 8pm at night. We checked online to see which pharmacist would be open at this late hour in Swindon.
Asda pharmacy although online it said they were open, they were in fact closed. Tesco pharmacy was closed too.
So this pharmacy appeared to be the only place open in the whole of Swindon at this time of night and to be honest with you, I didn’t care if I stood outside waiting to be served, at least these guys care enough about us to stay open when everyone else is closed.
Big thumbs up and thank you to this pharmacy and their team for working so hard and being there when needed the most.
