I purchased some pick and mix from here, I knew the sweets were over priced but when I got to the till I was told my pick n mix was £16. I nearly fainted. But I couldn’t put it all back as I had already chosen 3 bags of sweets all different. I have now needed to take out a loan to recover from this purchase. The sweets are also stale, for this price I would expect fresh sweets. My family better like them as I had to work an hour and a half at work to even be able to afford these stale toenails.
No stars! unfortunately I had to select one to submit a review. The manager of Sweets from Heaven Lakeside and Blue Water is far from sweet, she is absolutely rude and treats her staff and Customers appallingly, and the place is a complete rip off, avoid at all costs

Worst company on earth to work for, even the worst boss, you get paid in a 5 day period never on the same day each month, worked there 8 months and when a store manager job came up I was told I wasn’t ready even though I worked 97 hours a month, overpriced when it doesn’t need to be, don’t rotate any stock and the pic n mix is the stalest pic n mix I’ve ever seen, owner of the store is rude, unsympathetic and condescending, she even text the previous store manager on the day of her mums funeral asking her stuff that she didn’t need to ask, please don’t visit this store or work from them, they are the worst company I’ve ever worked for
Extremely rude staff un clear signs around the store and the woman that served me SWORE at me as she was what ever that was called because that was clearly not service. Disgusting staff never returning here

I went to lakeside. Card was stolen by person who served me, she then used my card to buy an item, only when I came back to get it (which she wasn’t expecting) she gave it back only to have pulled out at least 5 other cards that were “lost” pure scam artist !!!!! Be careful people when you shop here
Went to the shop yesterday to do some pick a mix when my wife got to chocolate mouse section the assistant told my wife a separate bag for chocolate this is so they can charge you more money will not shop here again as it is so expensive and I did not enjoy my experience
Been going here for years and they have a great selection of sweets especially if your a pick and mix sweets lover.
