Doughnuts and their products are good but only when fresh. It is a gamble to buy stuff there. She always tells you yes it is fresh but half of the time i buy stuff from there it is day old. I would think that if you buying from bakery the product should be fresh. Last purchase she sold me old burned rolls.

Also customer service is so poor there. All the staff look like they are serving a sentence there.

I love the taste of bread and simple recipes. I don't buy bakery anywhere else anymore due to amount of preservatives. I just wish I was able to check the ingredients to avoid the ones that are highly processed (like oil).

I ordered a birthday cake here and it was absolute rubbish. The cake was poorly made, and the customer service is bad, very unsympathetic to the client. I arrived at the agreed time for pick up, and the store was locked. When I called, the person at the other end just said, wait 15mins and ended the call and also refused to pick after several calls. The cake was even barely covered with the butter-icing. When I complained to the lady at the front, she couldn't even utter any apology except, "your cake, yes, take it". My regret was I had paid fully on ordering, if I had not, I will not accept this rubbish.

I bought a range of cakes and they been dry and tasteless. More sponge and tiny layer of cream. Not recommend

Delicious real sourdough bread, polish style. And very good value. I also had a baked cheesecake on poppy. Lovely taste and texture and really good price for what cut up into 4 portions. Other delicious cakes and pastries too

I bought yesterday some donuts and diverse pastries. The products were really delicious and high quality, all my team loved them. That have more variety of products since the last time I have been there one year ago. It is a shame they don't have a store in Kingswood and Staple Hill as well and the staff was friendly.

The place to go to to get Polish donuts filled with wild rose jam. You can get many different pastries and breads. Nice and pretty old school.

Always fresh cakes and good kindly stuff. Always friendly to help.
