Should change their name to BITTER.
Not lying when I say it was the WORST crepe I've ever tried (tried not eaten as I was not able to consume it).
Was thick and cakey, as if it were made of concrete mix, I had one bite and refused to eat the rest, no taste to it either - other than being drizzled in chocolate (asked others with me to try it to check it wasn't just me).
An insult and a poor excuse for a crepe, especially charged at almost £9!
Horrendous service.
My double espresso was served without a spoon or sugar to add (I had to request this).
Each item was placed on the edge of the table before walking off - no asking who ordered what, or serving to the specific diner.
You'd think the kids' ice cream would be served before anyone or anything else (literally 2 scoops each from the counter freezer), but these came very last, after hot drinks and the other desserts - unacceptable when it's young children too.
The young man behind the counter seemed a bit inexperienced and out of his depth, while the lady working there seemed miserable as if she didn't want to be there.
In any case, I refused to pay for this dreadful encounter, which was acknowledged by the lad, who to be fair was clearly not the owner or manager and therefore was not his problem.
Goes without saying, will not be back for seconds. Other negative reviewers appear to corroborate what I've said, surprised these lot are still in business.
That it was practically empty when we arrived should have been a red flag.

2022: We discovered SWEET one morning, and loved the Desi breakfast. It was really tasty - both the meat & veggie version. Our child loved the French toast and pink school cake. Staff were friendly although service can be hit and miss.
UPDATE: we found the opening hours changed around a fair bit and more often than not it was no longer open when we wanted to visit. Understandable if they don’t get enough customers in the morning but we were disappointed and now go elsewhere.
Went tonight for afters, the guy named Farhan suggested milk cake upon asking what is the best cake and cant thank him enough for his suggestions.... Utterly delicious milk cake i have ever had! Thx farhan and the team x will definitely visit again xx
Lovely atmosphere and the service was excellent. The dessert jars were fantastic, the go-to dessert at Sweet in my opinion.

Had scooped ice cream (bubblegum) and received some good sized scoops! Really good service from the two guys, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and visit again
Staff was nice BUT the food was not. I just got it and it’s disgusting. I was about to go urban but I saw this shop and thought to try it. The cookie dough is the worst I have ever had. It’s all burnt and very bitter. It did not look appealing to eat and I have to throw away after one bite. I have taken a picture but that’s only little bit, I threw the rest away. The strawberries were bad and they were all squishy and it looked like it has been there for over a week or so.I will never go back again and I don’t recommend the place to eat!
We visited sweet with lots of us on a sunday afternoon and were happy to have got a table for all of us without having to wait. We ordered a variety of desserts and some drinks.
The service from Azaan was top dollar and we will return if we are in the area.
Thank you to the team for taking good care of us. Amongst 12 people there was not a single complaint! Thank you very much.

Had the worst experience service was slow to non existent as hot drinks were served they were placed on the end of the table and the server walked away without any acknowledgement.
I ordered the caramel tart and custard, once my dessert arrived I had to wait another 5 mins for for cutlery, then given a knife and fork for a tart and pot of custard!
Also ordered scoops of ice cream for kids and that arrived way after the rest of the desserts.
A nice afternoon treat completely ruined by awful service, and poor quality desserts.
I would not recommend this place to anyone! Avoid at all cost.
