Today I had a really amazing experience with my local Swan Pharmacy in Cheshunt. The whole team is always very efficient, friendly, and helpful. They are working really professionally and fast. Today I especially was so pleased with the professionalism of the Pharmacist Mr Hitin Patel, he was so helpful, professional and hight knowledgeable, his advices helped a lot. Thanks for the truly excellent care! I would love to recommend this pharmacy to everyone in Cheshunt community and will continue using their excellent service.
The team are generally friendly and professional. Helpful with questions about medication when I call them too. Overall haven’t had a bad experience here for the last 2 years.

Have used this pharmacy for around 29 years, and it’s always been a place where the chemist (Hittin) and all of the staff are polite, extremely helpful and happy to help in any way they can. During this pandemic, I have been shielding, and in the last few weeks my husband who normally picks up my meds has been working away. Today, my meds turned up with a lovely volunteer, sent by Hittin ..... wonderfully thoughtful!
