This is a great good old fashioned pub. A good selection of beers and ciders. I recommend the Orchard Thieves, a lovely tipple.
A good selection on the menu and specials board. The food was reasonably priced and served very quickly by cheerful attentive staff. A nice beer garden with views and plenty of outside seating, plenty inside too. Pool table(winner) ????
If i lived closer to the Swan Inn i would go there every day. ????????????????
It was absolutely fabulous visiting this pub.. Lovely place, delicious meals, very big portions, nice service, good beer. Everything was so fantastic. Highly Recommended!

Lovely place to visit for some drinks and food. Nice little outside garden and some seating out front by the road. Dog friendly inside and out and lovely staff. Food came out in good time. I had the BBQ ribs with chips and salad. The ribs was delicious but the chips were average not the best chips I have had but ribs were a good size with plenty of meat. Would definitely come back again ????

We visit the Swan Inn most of the time we’re in Abbotsbury.
The food is great too. Good honest pub food that can’t be faulted. Great portions too!
They also serve food all day, which is a bonus as most pubs close their kitchens in between lunch & dinner.
Lovely traditional country pub, beautiful surrounding countryside and lovely garden seating, wholesome menu, local produce.
This pub has stood the test of time, current landlord of 55 years behind the bar, family run.
Definitely worth a visit!
