Came in this practice today for an emergency appointment because I'm not registered at a dentist. I hate the dentist and genuinely cry every single time I go there. But the dentist I seen today Dr Christopher was the kindest, most gentle dentist I've ever had. From the moment I walked in he made me feel relaxed and calm and surprisingly the tooth extraction didn't hurt, thank you so much Dr Christopher, hope to see you again soon.
Everyone has been really nice and the dentist was great so I don't like leaving a bad review. However, I randomly got a text to cancel my appointment, so I call up to get told the dentist I was booked in with has left and there isn't anyone else that I can see me. "Call back in 2 months" - which I'm sure won't help. This was after being with this dental Practice for 4 years.
I was taught that companies over time should progress, become more efficientand improve their services. I feel that this practise is going backwards. No 6mth check up reminders, any problems with your teeth become an emergency and you have to call at 08:30 to get an appointment even though in my case it wasn't an emergency and an ordinary appointment would suffice. Could not book. What they failed to remind you is, emergency appointments are charge at an additional premium.
Please look at what the customer wants or needs and not what the practise thinks is appropriate
Always a pleasure to visit and see my dentist Mr C Thomas and get the best care and advice. The entire staff at the practice is courteous and helpful.
I wasn’t registered to a dentist & I needed an emergency appointment & they were able to fit me in the same day. Dr Major was extremely professional & talked me through the process & was able to resolve my toothache by inserting a temporary filling. I then revisited at a later date to resolve the issue once & for all. Dr Major was extremely professional & the entire process was pain free. Highly recommend!
Really good service from the dentist who helped with my wisdom tooth pain however was told a couple of days prior to ring at 8:30am for emergency appointments and was only offered a 9:30am appointment upon asking if I could have a later appointment due to my son being on antibiotics (which have to be kept refrigerated) plus him being 6 months old and having to fit in with his feeding schedule. The woman on the phone was pretty rude and said its that appointment or ring tomorrow. So I was surprised that they only had one emergency appointment available for the whole day.
I had a scale and polish from Dr Major at Sutton dental. Great treatment, great equipment, great experience. I have recommended to friends and local family and will continue to do so.
Staff were lovely, caring and welcoming. Couldn’t fault a thing.

Have my smile back. I had lost teeth during the COVID era. They have made me a near perfect plate of false teeth that fits well. People all very nice too
