Ordered a part from Euro Car Parts [ECP] and booked Sussex Auto Centre through Fit It For Me. The Fit It For Me was a disaster as they sent the wrong part and I couldn't get hold of ECP on the phone so had to drive to a branch to get the correct part.
The garage were amazing. It was not their fault the parts were incorrect but they were very accommodating and helpful squeezing my service in when it could have probably been easier to reschedule the date. Super friendly front staff too.
Booked car in and they forgot to repair it, didn’t even phone me, I had to phone up for an update - completely forgot to repair, won’t be going back, shame as previous 2 visits were very good.
Great service every time I’ve used this garage. Been using them for several years now and they are so dependable. Always get things done when they say they will, never pressure you to get things done unnecessarily and always talk you through what needs doing and why. Really recommend this garage. Mark and the team go above and beyond to provide great customer services. Thanks all!

Used twice now and both times gone above and beyond helpful advice and prices are great and I have been kept informed at all times. Superb turn around times on repairs. Took no more then 2 work days to fix both times. Now need another repair due to the car! Will be calling tomorrow!
