Bonjour, nous sommes arrives à 18h45 , demanding une carte ? ( uniquement en qr code ) ok... Ensuite , nous voulons commander deux chirachis marinés ( il n'y en a pas ) . Début du service d'un samedi soir? Nous sommes clients sushishop peu imported ou nous nous trouvons. Déçu, nous sommes finalement partis.
Je ne recommended pas le sushishop de Fribourg.
Nice staff, great decoration and atmosphere. The music could be more quiet, especially since it is not atmospheric music without lyrics.
The food is very badly priced, plenty of better options in town. Yes the other options have a lacking atmosphere compared to this, but the sushi is of the same or better quality and less expensive. (Of course, the sushi in Fribourg is in general not as good as in a port city)
The salmon Yaki soba are way too sweet, the teriyaki just covers the flavour of the salmon and everything else.
I do not recommend this restaurant. The sitting area is very clean and aesthetic but the ground floor is dirty, however that may just be an irregularity.
