The staff are not welcoming and clearly unhappy and don't want to be there. Middle aged White Lady at the counter with white hair and glasses is really negative and has zero customer service. Some disabilities are not visible and when a custmer verbalises their limitation, this should be acknowledge. This lady was dismissing this and was very unwelcoming. I am suprised she is still working there as many ethnic locals dislike her approach and find her unwelcoming, unhelpful. Seems like she's only friendly with the locals that are her friend and know her. Please consider the staff that work in your store, over the years many people have opted to go to tesco pharmacy because of this lady and the sheer rudeness of staff in the chemist.
Surdock Chemist provides excellent service and a wide range of products. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My favourite one to find everything what i need for my health Highly recommended!
I known this pharmacy since I was little now am 50 and knew the sisters who run the pharmacy since I was 1 year old. My mum brought me into the pharmacy and use buy a whistle lollipop and use to have a laugh with the 2 sisters. Good memories but it's sad 2 hear that one of the sisters as sadly past away 12 years ago. ????????
Most unorganised chemist. Lady behind counter absolutely useless. Wish there was another chemist close to my mums, I hate dealing with the people there!
My experience of this places prescription delivery service for the elderly (whom are unable to leave their home) is not good!
Medication is always delivered a day or two late even though the patient depends on daily meds, they are unhelpful and don't seem to care.
I have used this medium sized pharmacy for a number of years. I have always found it completely reliable, always eager to help with any problem until it is solved, always polite, clean, well stocked and the staff very well informed on the stock and where available, good with further relevant advice if needed. It is not at all near me but well worth travelling to as I have tried many other pharmacies in the past and found them varied, often not very helpful and not particularly friendly or always in a rush. This is from the large well known ones to the much smaller ones. However I have found none consistently reliably good and helpful: just another pharmacy. The person in charge Zahir keeps a firm eye on how it is run and will go to almost any lengths to help you. Angela Thomas

This is my local chemist for the last 9 years, ai definitely use it because is the one closer to me, but otherwise its sooo not the best place. I do not understand why are items not priced??? I don't buy nothing there rather than my meds because you don't know what the price is,and asking for 1 thing Is fine but if you want to buy different Items I wouldn't bother.
I have always liked the staff there,but Margot I think is her name,she is another story, she talks to customers like if we own her something ,then she mumbled in between her teeth,very rude and in front of others so some customers saw her and complained. We had a bit of an argument after she told me off and rude for asking something,I said buy and thanks to everyone when I left and she made a noise with her teeth and tongue as they do,,,so very rude I find it a joke that this woman has a job because she definitely shouldn't be working face to face with customers. She is always loud and talks to people not in a nice way.
