Very Bad experience at this pharmacy. Went in to speak about an infection and the lady there didn’t even ask about any symptoms or even try to investigate to further help what was going on. Gave a very mean and horrid looks and did not feel welcomed at all. Would recommend looking for another pharmacy near by if possible!
Fantastic staff delivering superb quality service. I've been to a few pharmacies across the Medway, Sunlight Pharmacy is by far the best in terms of quality of service, friendliness, and readiness to help. They'll have my prescription ready in no time, everytime. Excellent!!
Great service, but they need to order the tablets we asked for, a few they never got ordered and I had to ring 111 for emergency tablets

I have found going to the Gillingham Sunlight Pharmacy in Richmond Road over the last year, has been a very pleasant experience and cheers the day. I always feel welcomed with a smile, a friendly attitude and hello Evie, which is nice to be acknowledge by one’s name. All the staff want to be helpful; nothing is too much trouble.

James, Wendy, Amy all fantastic advice and help but your new pharmacist (didn't quite catch her name Naia ????♀️) o my Gosh, I don't care how many PHDs this lady has there really is no need at all to be so rude and abrupt.
I was purchasing anti sickness tablets and chatting to Wendy at the same time when she rudely butted in and announced she is refusing to sell me them and if I'm feeling sick should get a doctors appointment.
Now don't get me wrong, shes probably right but there most definitely is no need what so ever to be so plaintently aggressive in her demeanor.
Totally disheartened that your fantastic team is now spoilt by such RUDENESS.

I can confirm that staff is friendly, but it happened on few occasions now, that if they get to much work they not doing it properly. Last example: came to repeat prescription, sent me to GP to do it, 10 days later came in, waited and was told that its done and its waiting for confirmation and the pharmacists came and said that they do not have it and need to order for next day ( life saving medicine ). Mr Sunny, not good enough.
