Can't Comment on the Food as I didn't get any!.
I ordered and got told that it would be 45 mins as the kitchen was busy.
Although I appreciate Chinese kitchens are busy at weekends I appreciate the truth a whole lot more.
After waiting for nearly 2 hours I asked for my money back.
I was lied to 3 times in total about when my order would be ready before I lead the charge in asking for a refund and going elsewhere.
3 other customers also wanted a refund for waiting over their order times.
I think just be honest with customers about the true waiting times for orders instead of answering the phone and lying to more while we all wait patiently in vein!!!..
I will never use this establishment again I would rather go Sun Wah else!
Very very bad. Ordered for collection at 5.30pm, told 1 hr, arrived to collect and asked how long was told 'they dont know' very rude staff. had to wait another 20 mins - was also over charged. They then only had 1 of the 2 drinks I'd ordered and paid for (over charged again). Got home 5 mins down road and everything was stone cold even the sauce. No steam nothing. Completely inedible even my toddler wouldn't eat it. Called to complain at 730pm. and was told no manager there until 10pm. Absolutely disgusted. If I could give zero stars I would.
Very pleased with all the dishes we had today, especially sweet and sour chicken balls. Good quick service also. Will definitely use again.

This was the worst chinese we have ever eaten...Beef in black bean sauce, the beef was so tough we couldnt chew it. The sweet and sour chicken, hong kong style was over cooked and hard, and the beef chow mein, again the beef was so tough . Such a shame , was our monthly treat .!...Wont be going here again !
What a find...stopped using Hastings chinese takeaway due to rip off prices. What we have had so far has been real quality, good portions and good prices. Our go to chinese now, worth the drive.
Parking is easy opposite lidl.
Crispy chilli beef is spot on. Great taste
