I love getting my food here. They made a mistake with my last order and said the next time would be free. The girl that takes your order has the most loveliest personality. Always cheerful and polite. Great place. Best Chinese in Dundee ✨️????❤️
Their food is always so delicious, philip is a wonderful chef. Their delivery driver is very chatty and polite. The girl that answers the phone is friendly and helpful. Our food is always hot, well packaged and great quality/price. If you have any problem with your order they offer to fix it straight away.
Ordered salt&pepper chicken balls very tasty. Would definitely order again
Food arrived early. Fine. Food was completely inedible. Its hard to believe something can be burnt and raw at the same time but they managed it. When called to request they collect food and refund, was offered an insulting £6 off next delivery. Customer service is appalling. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Placed an order over the phone, not given estimated delivery time, just that it would be here ASAP. After an hour I called back, was told order was on it's way, after another 30 minutes I called again as there was still no sign. Finally 10 minutes after that it finally arrived, I had been told to call them if there was any problems, of course there was, it left the shop over 30 minutes ago and it was cold. After 10 minutes on the phone complaining about the delivery time and temperature of the food I was still expected to pay full price for food I had waited over 90 minutes for and had to reheat, but was offered a free meal for the next time, there will be no next time. Think the new management need to get their act together. Oh and the food was mediocre at best.
Well no more using summer palace...we ysed to live the food out there..
We just purchased 2 chow meins and spring rolls...
O.m.g..there was not a drop of gravy on the chow meins...so very..very dry....the spring rolls were disgusting....
Deliver inedible food. Then don’t want to know. So spend your cash elsewhere. Shame as used them weekly for 5 months. Loyalty counts for nothing with this take away.
Thai currys ordered and thrown in the bin( not even close to thai), absolutely rank , phoned to complain no refund , BEWARE theres a reason they told me there not busy , £27 WASTED INEDIBLE
