Great service from Sudbury road garage after waking up to a flat tyre. Called at 8am to check stock, dropped the wheel off by 8.15. They quoted an hour but the wheel was back to me at 8.45 and back on my car at home by 9 am.
Good value and great service which made what is always an annoyance a much better morning. Thank you
Used this lovely Garage twice now….. once with an unexpected flat tyre and today for an MOT. On both occasions they have provided an excellent professional service. Local and friendly, would recommend.
Unhappy. I took my car in for a high pitched noise, thinking it was a belt. When i was called they told me it wasn’t a belt it was (they thought) inside the engine. They said it would cost thousands to repair. Knowing the car was not worth that much i asked them to put it back together as it was so i could use it while i found a different one. I later found out they had proceeded to take the engine apart without consent, and apparently one of the valves just ‘fell out’. They said it was only worth scrap. They told me to scrap it (all along knowing they would attempt to fix it and sell it on for a profit). They gave me the bare minimum of scrappage value. I today drove past to find them working on the car. When i confronted them they acted dumb and told me they were just doing as they were told. I would not trust this garage with a skateboard let alone another car. This has cost me 5 days of work and a lot of anger, only to be met with silent dazed faces that were unable to explain their actions. If there was a minus star review i would have definitely gone for that option.
Really pleased with the service here. I would recommend anyone to use this garage. The staff and mechanics are excellent and it's so refreshing to deal with honest caring people! Give it a try you won't regret it!
After hitting a pothole on the road i needed a tyre replacing. Called up Sudbury road garage and they fitted me in straight away on the same morning. Very pleasant guys really happy with the customer service. I was in and out within half an hour what more can you say. I highly recommend this garage to anyone A*****
Awful service. Took my loose motorcycle wheel and new tyre in for fitment. Was told on the phone about an hour, 3hrs later I'm still waiting for him to balance the wheel, then told he's got to figure a way to balance it ????. Tyre was fitted incorrectly, regarding lining up the yellow dot to the valve , which would've helped when you was trying to balance the tyre in the first place. Then to top it off , I'm told my choice of Bridgestone make of tyre is only fit for the bin. 43 yrs riding bike's year in year out in all weather's, he hardly qualifies to lecture me on what is a good tyre or not, Armchair experts hey ???? suffice to say I won't be going back anytime soon. Thanks for nothing, gonna now have to take to a proper tyre specialist to rectify said issue ????
