I went here today and had the best subway I’ve ever had! The food was so yummy and fresh, not to mention, lady that served me, Judith, was a really pleasant lovely lady with fantastic customer service. Thank you Judith!
Very disappointed on this visit. We come here often for lunch and cookies. Today I asked my daughter to pick up a box of 12 cookies. In the past we have always been able to choose what we want. Today the waitress told my 12 year old daughter and 5 year old son that they were not allowed as they weee running out of cookies! How ridiculous is that. I have never known such a thing and there certainly is no sign of this. My daughter and son came back to the car quite upset as the waitress was quite rude. I wanted to go back to complain but my kids just wanted to leave. If you are not allowed to choose your own then state this, and don’t speak to young kids in this manner. Very upsetting and will not be back
The staff are always very friendly and work very hard. I often go at lunch time when it gets extremely busy but I’m always impressed at how quick and professional they are! As a vegan, the thing I really value the most is how much care the staff take in preventing cross-contamination. This is what keeps me coming back as I know I can trust their food handling/preparation.
Waited for 10 minutes whilst the 2 staff there was doing delivery orders. Totally ignored us. Eventually when they decided to serve we was told only available bread was plain. Maybe If they was to quickly inform people ist would save people waiting for nothing
Just been to the subway to grab food for my husband and was served by Natalie. She's so friendly and gave great customer service. I have not seen such great service for a long time so it was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely go again.
Excellent service and and very clean, the staff were very friendly and professional.
The food was at the right temperature and presentation was good.
This subway (inside ASDA Greenhithe) has surprised me and I will definitely come back.
The staff at this branch are rude and ignorant! Wearing masks drooping below their noses, they ignore you, maul your food (have you ever heard of utensils), leave it lying around whilst they bicker behind the counter and then have the cheek to argue (blabbing away over your thrown together slops) when they ultimately get it all wrong!
