Outstanding service, had a issue with the bike and I couldn’t sort it myself, got sublime motorcycles phone number from a friend and John was out that day picked up the bike, sorted the bike and done a service. Was expecting bike to be off road for at least a week, had it back 3 days later and price was exceptional, can highly recommend and will definitely be going back with any future bikes, thanks again brilliant service
John is a highly knowledgeable and skilled mechanic, his methodical approach to fault finding and attention to details is indeed Sublime! I had a number of issues both electrical and mechanical, all of which he was able to solve quickly and much better than any main dealer that I’ve experienced personally. I would not take my bike anywhere else now after having it looked after by Sublime!
Sent videos of the faults and always explained the root cause of any problems, and always friendly and helpful, even when asked to help at short notice, no problem to accommodate around being able to pick up or drop off even when it’s early mornings or a bit later in the evening.
Won't go anywhere else now after finding John at Sublime. He takes his time on your bike, pays attention to detail, and prices are always fair and reasonable. New workshop looks smashing too!
Great service and top quality work. My bike went in to Sublime for a service but on inspection needed further work. I was sent videos of the issues both before and after repair and kept informed at all stages with video updates. Given the problem with my bike the timescale was really quick. If you want a talented and thorough bike mechanic at a reasonable price this should be your first stop.

Took my K1300S to John in December for some serious repairs. Front and back suspension full rebuilds, service, tyres, clutch reservoir and master cylinder seals. Got regular updates and undertook all requests. Totally recommend and will be returning for future services and repairs.
Just had my MT10 in for a service and a back tyre for the summer coming.
Contacted by John directly for description of health check, exact condition of all things that matter. Above and beyond, first class.
