The staff are very helpful and approachable. If you have any queries about mediation the pharmacists are only a short wait to chat with. They're happy to query items with your gp and get back to you when they say they will. The only pharmacy I choose to use!
Vishay and all the staff are fantastic in the pharmacy, very well organised and helpful....also a good selection of what you need off the shelf!!

Lovely people but annoying yhey close at lunch
Wife had bad reaction to an insect bite, (Saturday morning) spoke to 111, and they referred her to this pharmacy, advising her that if she attended because 111 had referred her they would be able to ring a doctor to sign a prescription for antibiotics. 111 did say that pharmacy would just say "Call 111 again as they couldn't do anything". 111 also advised my wife that due to the fact my wife was referred to the pharmacy via 111 there is a dedicated phone number for the pharmacist to call to get prescription signed. Still after refusing to call, and only trying to sell my wife antihistamine (which she was already taking) my wife left in tears due to the pain.
When we returned home we called 111 again and now 111 are investigating the pharmacy.
I think, in my 50 years old age, its about my decision which and what i use and decision of my GP, and not a pharmacist what ask front of all in shop about my problems, at least i no will share that with all gillingham. If there is a product what have pharmacist his own opinion is no good then no have to sell ať all or do something in diferent place about change law, otherwise till is this product legal, I no see his, decision no sell that, if have, on place. Really i think he save that product for his frend and sell that alongside on Black market.And send here reviw under his own no help him be better, right from entrance is vissible which mód is there, unfrendly, disgusting, dehonest and arogant. I wish this shop change management Who actualy Care and no make problém in my live, when i have to run in other place 2km fare from my home.

Totally brilliant service! Being a fool, I turned up a week early for my covid booster jab ????♂️ No worries, they sat me down and fitted me in within 5 mins. Also the best jab ever, I didn’t feel a thing ????????
